Introduction

PURA is an engineering firm that is located in Brisbane for around 30 years with having 180 staff members working at a time at office site. However they uses the many work practice and the working allocation approaches that are significantly difference from the rest of the engineering staff (Marlatt, et.al, 2011)at PURA such as job sharing, flexible working hours, flexible working condition for employees and casual work attire. PURA is currently required the new organization culture in order to motivate their employees and get better outcomes in favor of organizational success. This paper will conclude that, as a manager how PURA employees will be get motivated and start hard working in favor of organization.

Summary

The PURA is required to tackle some strong decision that helps them to move towards better adaptability of workers in organization. This is referred that job sharing among employees is the key source for handling a pressure situation and transfers employees work load for serving customer in better way. Sharing information with Part time staff are also useful in favor of organization because they are usually does not carry all the required information. Every employee is might be busy in their social life and thus this is also considered that employees will able to perform in more better way while they are working in a flexible working condition especially at the time off in lieu. To improve employees productivity, we referred that flexible working condition is allow PURA employees to take work at their home while the meeting is not scheduled for them. The casual work attire is also implementing for staff and we compared to the shirt and tie requirement for the entire staff of PURA.

Groups

Both internal and external groups are affected due to these changes. For having a heavy impact directly on the organization progress, this is recommend that PURA-IT is required to make different team and groups. Thus every employees can communicate their queries is effective way. According to (Quirk, et.al, 2004) Organizational readiness for changes is multi level and multi face construct. An organization level, readiness for change is refers to the organizational members and shared resolve to implement a change and shared the beliefs in the capability to change efficacy. The organization readiness for the various functions about the organizational members values the change.

Although PURA is suggested to change the organization structure and implement the new department within their organization thus they are required to adjust a multicultural environment, immigration, demographic and outsourcing as well. The implementation of new technology is continuously changing the organization jobs as they might be work in much faster, cheaper and more capable to handle computer and the handled devices (Baker, & Wruck, 1989).
