This paper is a business plane for a fine dining restaurant located in Richmond London. The paper discusses the business idea, business operations, marketing plan and financial plan together with Human resource planning. Fine dining restaurant is a family restaurant which will offer connoisseur cuisines to the guests. People in London are majorly older in age. They regularly dine out with friends, family and colleagues. Therefore the market is lucrative for the business. The business requires £100,000 investment and the payback period of the investment is three years.

Introduction

In the present time, the concept of globalisation has opened gates for businesses to go global. The world has become a global village. It has been a growing trend to perceive that doing business is the way to earn wealth and success. Therefore, many entrepreneurs have been coming with unique business ideas. In this paper we will propose a business plan of Fine Dining Restaurant in Richmond London. In British community, restaurants are considered as successful business idea (Baird, N., 2003, p. 1). In Richmond London, there are several fast food restaurants that have been conducting their business in that locality with lucrative profits and business.

The restaurant will offer fine dining cuisines to families of the locality. The menu will have unique dishes and it will be continuously revived weekly as per the seasonal changes. The ambiance of the restaurant will be designed in such a way that customers will be able to see how cuisines are prepared. The title of the business will be kept as “Fine Dine restaurant”. This restaurant will offer more than served food for the customers. It will be a complete experience for the customers. The restaurant will fulfil the social needs of the customers with its services, starting from food to entertainment (Baiomy, et al., 2013, pp. 1-10).

The mission of our business will be as follows:

“Our mission will be to serve our customers as our guest and be their first choice. We will make effort to delight our guests and provide them a pleasing and warm dining experience. For the achievement of this, we are required to reach the highest possible standards of excellent food and services. Our dedication will be completely given to these values and standards. We will stay committed to the development of leadership skills and encouragement of delegation of authority to our employees. The challenge for continuous self evaluation will be embraced for the improvement of our performance as an employer and a fine dining restaurant. Our goal is to be the best in our business”.

The mission statement will be communicated to the staff in such a way that it will become their daily practice.
