A business information system centralizes all data (historical variables, real-time variables, alarms, reports, recipes) and application services. It gives overview enterprises and detailed of all the resources of equipment monitored. Mobile commerce (m-commerce) refers to business transactions through mobile equipment in a wireless situation. In other words, it involves buying and selling of goods and services through wireless, handheld devices such as cellular telephones and personal digital assistants (PDAs). With the rapidly growing segment of mobile users, mobile commerce is an important area for many business organizations. Also, mobile technology makes m-commerce far more possible than past years. 3G is the third generation of wireless communication and today's mainstream wireless network. The first generation is analogy cellular, and the second generation is the Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) network. 3G provides high-speed and high-bandwidth support to watch video, video calls, and full Internet access (Chen & Gordon, 2005, Pp.25).

Researcher James Senn pointed out that there are three application areas in mobile commerce: transaction management, digital content delivery, and telemetry services. Transaction management includes online browsing of such things as sports events, selection of sport programs, purchasing tickets, payment, and delivery. Content delivery transmits the information to prospective customers; for example, people can use their wireless devices to access and display video sport content for entertainment. Content includes news, sports updates, transportation information, financial information, games, educational content, music, and adult entertainment. Telemetry services let people use wireless devices to communicate with other devices from their homes and offices (Khalifa, 2008, Pp.45).
