In the final part of the paper, I would be reflecting my stand point regarding the greatest security threat to an organization and the way it can be controlled or mitigated. The paper concludes with the reflection on the primary ethical issues facing an organization in the use of corporate resources.

Contemporary business organizations have been weighting on the management information systems for managing order, organizing and manipulating the masses and gigabytes of information produced for several purposes. Management information system or MIS assists the organizations in optimizing the business procedures, addressing the information requirements of the several stake holders and employees and making informed tactical decisions. Nevertheless, the issues of monitoring and budget allocation may impact the efficiency of a management information system. The MIS is a tool for managerial decision making. It is employed by an organization it each of its business processes and operations. For the reason that the management is aware of all the ins and outs of the organization, it weights on this beneficial posture. Employing an MIS, an organization is capable of recording and documenting each and every fact relating to its methodologies and procedures (Jahangir, 2005). The primary role of an MIS is to control and manage the information assets of all the employees working in the organization. Employing an MIS, a company is capable of establishing its work flow charts and hierarchical structures. All the personnel in an organization are aware of the staff members under their authority and also the ones who they have to report to. This causes the performance to progress without any malfunctions. The procedures and operations executed by a company are all listed by a management information system. Through this, the planning of audits also becomes abridged. Organizations all through the world extensively use management information systems. The system, schemed by the upper most management of a company, is a tool that helps to assemble and accumulate facts and figures regarding the significant business procedures. The information and data gathered in this way is tabularized and displayed in the form of evocative reports (Paige, 2011). The management information system specifically aims to control the practices, procedures, policies, work force and technologies of the business organization.
