Introduction

Information technology has become an essential component in any organization, with increasing strategic importance. The purpose of this document is to define a strategy for technological impact of the global strategy of the university and support strategies as a marketing strategy, learning and teaching strategies (including e-learning), research and business strategy, and real estate strategies. Other drivers and contribute to the strategy of risk information and management systems business continuity and regulatory and legislative requirements. Formation and implementation of strategies for information systems of the computer (SI) are important issues in many organizations today, including in the financial services sector. Documents and records management can be the most important aspect of any information system. Some examples of the types of information contained in these systems will be accounting, financial, manufacturing, and marketing and human resources. Information system can serve as a library. When properly collected, organized, indexed and in accordance with the requirements of the organization, its stored data is available for those who need the information.

Discovery and retrieval of file information can be a direct and logical, if used careful planning to design the system. Creating a diagram of how the information should be organized and indexed can be a valuable tool in the design phase of the system. The most important feature of any information system must be able to not only access and retrieve data, but also to preserve the file information as possible. Two aspects that I will discuss in this work are business processes re-engineering and SCM. The demand for diverse advances to discovering & educating, advanced get access to for employees and scholar computing and internationalisation needs a mechanical and mesh infrastructure, which permits the University to be an appealing and comparable location to work and study (Johansson, Pendlebury, 2003, Pp 10-70).
