3.3 Legal Change.

The legal change that will be observed within the two organizations namely Bradford City Training Services Company and Bradford College will be immense in terms of its organizational management, as the management of Bradford Collage will be having more power as compare to Bradford City Training Services Company. Bradford City Training Services Company will become a subsidiary company and Bradford College will serve as a parent company. The parent company “Bradford College” will control the management decisions and will be having greater impact on the overall business activities of the subsidiary company i.e. “Bradford City Training Services Company”. The Bradford College will be having the right to appoint the board of directors of the subsidiary Company i.e. “Bradford City Training Services Company” (Suban; Bowe & Yamin, 2012). Bradford City Training Services Company will be having legal rights as it will be serving the market and parent company as an independent legal entity just like a Limited Liability Company or corporation.

Bradford City Training Services Company is offering apprenticeship programmes to the students that are enrolled in Bradford College, which is helping them in gaining practical or on-the-job training in an effective way. The apprenticeships and trainings that are offered by Bradford City Training Services Company help the students in getting qualified in their academic program in which they are enrolled in Bradford College and it also helps them in earning handsome earning while learning. The apprenticeship is approved by the college only then the students are allowed to get the services of training service providing company (Luo et.al, 2012, p.198).
