Utilization of Mediation by Trade Union

The union loses contact with young people when it comes to dealing with the responsibilities that they have and consequently the average age of its members, activists and leaders is growing more and more. From years, we only practice in statements the degree of lack of sustainability of this situation, especially if placed in the long run. Much less is said about why. Despite the analysis, explanations and proposals, which from time to time have been developed fail to highlight the premise behind the detachment.

Educational institutes are said to have technology that is problematic when it comes to serving the students since the technology must be holistic as well as have the ability to adapt to the diverse individual needs of each student belonging to different cultural backgrounds with different norms and rules that they are conditioned towards.

Educational institutes are said to be professional institutes that are said to demand a larger span of control when it comes to the decision processes at an institutional level;

These institutes have said to become highly vulnerable to the economic, political and demographical pressures that eventually makes the decision making at an internal level more difficult.

Why a spokesperson would benefit the trade union?

It is this aspect that makes it even more useful for the Trade Union to have mediator in schools who lets them know of the actual reality that exists in the practical world and at the same time enlighten them ...
