I am also thankful to my family and friends for being supportive and for motivating me which enabled me to accomplish my goals. I wish and express my gratitude to all my teachers and supervisors who guided me throughout my dissertation which has helped in compiling this dissertation. My teachers have provided me a lot of times in making me understand several things related to my research topic. I am thankful to all my teachers for guiding me and was always there when I needed them. This dissertation has become a learning experience for me where my teachers increased my knowledge at every stage of the thesis. This research dissertation was a very good learning experience for me as I enjoyed quality time with my friends and teachers. Executive Summary

Bistros Coffee Restaurant is located in the city centre of Manchester, London which is providing a wide range of coffee along with snacks and refreshment items. Bistros in order to run its operations along with adopting the technological changes they are also providing services like Wi-Fi and mini theatre facility. These facilities are able to cater a large population of all ages as mini theatres are very popular in London due to the club football craze among people living in a town or a city. The restaurant is divided into three areas that are: Movie Theatre, main hall and reading area. The restaurant is close to a football stadium which is one of the reasons that Bistros Coffee restaurant will be able to attract a large population and will be a place for local and foreigners who will come to see their team play. The upper hierarchy at Bistros is aiming to achieve a target of 3% of the whole coffee restaurant market share. The major competitors that Bistros Coffee Restaurant will have to face includes: Starbucks Coffee, Drip Coffee Restaurant, Corner house Café Restaurant, Vienna Coffee House Restaurant and etc. These are some of the well established coffee houses in town and apart from them there are several other smaller coffee café's that are also a big challenge for which we will have to develop different strategies.
