First kind of cell which is small with no internal structure should be referred as bacteria (prokaryote). The other cell is might belong to different type of cell but it could be classified as Eukaryotic. In my opinion, answers of these cells are Prokaryotic and Eukaryotic.

Similarities between these two are: both of these cells have cytoplasm, plasma membrane and ribosome. Both of these cells may have a cell wall but animals have eukaryotic lack of cell wall. Both of these cells may also have an extension of plasma membrane that heavily supported by cytoskeleton.
