Charles Whitman known as the Texas Tower Sniper was an American engineering student who wounded more than 30 people in a mass shooting rampage and killed seventeen peoples in 1966. The person had committed crime due to disturbance of biological disorders in his mind. The person has acted due to the presence of brain tumor. This has escorted that the tumor was totally responsible for this unforgettable charge which has adversely affected his image publicly. The problem of brain tumor has astonished on that moment, when the murderer has assassinated his wife and mother. The University of Texas at Austin has remembered August1, 1966 on behalf of deadliest incident which has generated numerous reasons on the brain tumor issue and how person acted illegally and killed and wounded numerous innocent peoples. Though, peoples have a different perception on this serious crime which has lost precious lives.

The role of biology is extremely influencing for examining the main factors and associated factors that are correlated for committing any crime(Ergenbright & Hubbard, 2012). Though, the genetically disturbance has created a big nuisance for the person who offend any crime because the person is not mentally present while committing any crime. Many biologists have researched on evaluating the participating variable that influenced the crime possibility and its probable outcomes that disturbed human psychology, and as results any serious crime has happened.

Psychopathy is a disease of mind, in which the psychological condition of a person has behavioral and emotional issues are adequate to need psychiatric assessment.
