The communication plays an important role in every one's life. Maintenance of relationships, completions of tasks, managing numerous tasks and exchanging information is done through the communication. However, the communication is not always easy, as the conflict and competition are the detrimental barriers, as these barriers prevent communication from reaching full potential (Ellis, 2002). Preventing individuals from communicating and damaging value of communication exists as a barrier cause. A major role is played by perception as people communicate with each other.
