This report elaborates the systematic review of what is known about the barriers to the adolescent's participation in the physical activities in the United Kingdom. The review findings include the qualitative and the quantitative aspects. The systematic review found that health promotions interventions addresses this core issue of serious concern. This literature review aims at providing an overview of the current issue concerning young people participation in the physical activities. The report covers the research evidences that support the elaboration of the contemporary issue with authenticity. The report ranges the elaboration of the topic from general perspectives to barriers of physical activities of the adolescent. The methodologies include the review of previous presented research reports. Reports give a true and fair view of all the physical activities performed by every boy or girl in order to maintain health problems. The conclusion of the report is that adolescent physical participation is declining due to various internal and external factor and these factors can be reduced if adequately addressed.

Introduction
Physical activities are one of the key factors that is associated with health related issues of the people. There are various aspects that stimulate the adolescents to participate in the physical activities (Rees, R., 2006, pp. 806-825), it may occur from guidance and encouragement from the health professionals and the elders. If the adolescents are active and participative in the physical activities, they will be more fit and fine. Health professionals must consider certain factors for instances; personal, social and environmental aspects (Elder, John P., et al., 2007, pp. 155-165). This will not only enhance the adolescent participation but also stimulate their growth. Health professionals must focus on the readiness to change because changes affect the steps of adolescent and their families to maintain the participation in the physical activities (Hallal, P. C., 2006, pp.1019-1030).
There are various barriers, affecting adolescent participation in physical activity and these factors must be focused to eliminate the consequences that may arise from these issues.
