Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to act as a teacher and describe that what are the role, responsibilities and boundaries of a teacher in teaching cycle? This paper describes the individual needs of the learners and the teacher's involvement in the planning stage. The role of the teacher is wishing to foster independent learning students in three aspects, teacher-student relationship, teaching and example of skills necessary for independent learning. Children who enter the formal education system are objective learner's gifted intuition. It is important to create an environment that contributes to the process of autonomy, and allows them to consciously accept responsibility for their own learning and to make decisions in this area. The teacher plays a pivotal role in this level, offering students an environment that encourages motivation, self-confidence, curiosity and a desire to learn. Independent study is encouraged by a climate flexible, sensitive and responsive to student needs.

Discussion

I work as a teacher in a high school. The main aim of the school is to satisfy the needs of the students and provide them best learning abilities. This high school motivates the teachers to utilize their best teaching skills and provide the best learning materials to the students. School works for giving success to its students, and the main aim of the school is that each and every student should be capable enough to tackle the challenges.

Identify Needs: What is your responsibility to identify individual needs of the learners

In order to satisfy all students and provide them best learning abilities, my fundamental responsibility is to understand the individual needs of the learners. In order to identify the individual needs of the learners, the first thing which I have to do is interact with each and every student of the class. The main purpose of this interaction is to get actual knowledge about each and every student and understand that what the needs of each and every student are (Marzano, 2003, p. 56). Through knowing the individual needs of the learners, I can make strategies about dealing with all students. The main purpose of my teaching is to provide the equal teaching guidance to all students. Therefore, I interacted with each and every student and asked them that what teaching style they prefer. After getting the answers from all the students, I developed a teaching strategy that can benefit maximum students and increase their learning abilities.

Deliver: Explain how you deliver session using Schemes of Works and Lesson Plans

Scheme of work and lesson plans are a necessary element for each and every teacher it is normally not in written form, and it can be incomplete. As the curriculum gives guidance to the learner that what they are going to learn from this course, similarly, the scheme of works gives guidance to the teachers that what they are going to teach to the students.
