Purpose and the Learning outcome

The assessment credibility is always remaining as the complex part; basically it is not just based on the single factor that can be measures accurately. However, I have attempted this assessment for an organization, which is based on the five functions of management that has consistently followed and measures in terms of feedbacks process. The feedback process helps the organization to evaluate all the lacking sections, through which they decline their market position and shares among other competitors. The five functions are mandatory for any organization, and the formative assessment follows continues improvement process.

By the end of this assessment, the learning outcome of this assessment will be based on organizational perspective and it will helpful for organization through which they can improve their weak section by adopting the corrective actions through feedback process. This will enhance the efficiency of their work and provide them a good position in the market.

Assessment context

The five functions of management is the active process through which an organization can obtain their desired goals by adopting this. Any organization has three key principles which are effective and help the organization to obtain a good position in the market among different other competitors (Whitley, 1989). Management has three fundamental key principles which are as follows:

It is a series or method of ongoing and connected actions.

It concentrates and involves on realizing the organizational targeted objectives.

It can be possible by connecting the organizational people and other resources that has followed the five functions of management.

To achieve the objective, I will suggest the following Assessment for this protect plan. There are two descriptive question I will discuss with the respondent first part is deal with the feedback for improving the functions stability in the organizational level, and the second part I will asked about positive approaches which the organization has obtain after implementing the five functions of management. It will evaluate perception of respondent about the organizational behavior and its management.
