My Vision

I will pursue my career as an entrepreneur. My vision for upcoming five years is as follows:

“To effectively lead my organization and take it to number 1 position”

The leadership ability is dependent not only on the properties of people. There are three main areas of expertise: the social skills, the business skills, and intrapersonal skills. All of these skills are demand of a successful leader. These skills are described internally as a model of leadership. For my career as an entrepreneur in require following interpersonal, interpersonal skills and competencies:

Integrity

One of the most important requirements is good performing the integrity of the leader. Only people who are long-term in their beliefs and decisions are taken by their employees seriously. A loss of credibility has a fatal effect on the working atmosphere and motivation. It inevitably reduces productivity (Manning & Curtis, 2003).

Farsightedness

As a leader, I will require to identity that which direction the company should be headed to in the long term. I will require answering this question (Malloch & Porter-O'Grady, 2009).

Communication and Cooperation

One of the most common complaints we hear from employees is a lack of communication. It is both at the personal exchange of information between managers and subordinates, as well as to the general flow of information within an organization. Both aspects are very important for the success of a company and a good leader. Therefore, I will require having a clear communication path. Moreover, I will need to manage that the confidential information should not be accessible to all employees. A successful leader does not only talk, he listens to his employees (Adair, 2010).

The leader draws attention to how communication takes place between individuals in the team. As a leader I will require to point out, when a group of speech omits any of the members, or if the team manages to comfort zone without cooperation efforts. Moreover, autonomous entities have made efforts to bring the energy and knowledge themselves toward the target, but also the quality of team collaboration (Adair, 2010).

Networks and Trust

A leader who is concerned with the needs of employees, moreover, he forges new relationships and strengthens existing ones, he has a big advantage. A successful team is formed only with a working relationship of trust. On the other hand, the only way is derived from the leadership of the person rather than the position. Therefore, I will require an ability to build up trust and network (Manning & Curtis, 2003).

Persuasion

All vision is useless unless I am able to convince other people of it. My own ideas and views must be appreciated and understood. Then out of the vision and the reality of things can be developed in the desired direction. A good leader is distinguished in the way they influence the opinions of other entities and their ability leads to the acceptance of their vision (Puccio, et al., 2010).
