Introduction
A number of investigations have described a connection between accidents and employee turnover. Furthermore, group volatility from absenteeism has been affiliated with occupational accidents. A likely understanding of these connections is that new employees (those restoring turned-over employees or loading in for absentees) represent a safety risk.
