"Analyzing Political Cartoons"

Political cartoon for presidential crusade critical of Woodrow Wilson's careful set about to the war. Cartoon shows sign which states "He Kept Us out of War" and depicts Wilson responding a telephone and being notified that there is a U-boat in New York Harbor. "Very Inopportune!" he exclaims.
