Background

Reasons employees remain on a job are varied. However, a clear distinction should be made between reasons effective and ineffective employees remain. Company information

This study is laying its focus on an outlet of the McDonald's Corporation, based in Marble Arch, London, UK. The McDonald's corporation has established its restaurants in 119 countries around the globe and the daily customer gauge is estimated to be 58 million customers each day. The outlet under research is the outlet based 2-4 Marble Arch, Marylebone London, W1H 7EJ. This outlet administers dining-in, and takeaway synchronization.
