ABSTRACT
This study highlighted the factors that influence employee and performance. The quantitative approach was used in this study. The results of the study depict the fact that there are myriad of factors that can have a positive impact and can harness the overall job satisfaction level of McDonald's employee. Among them are some major demographic variables and other variables that were taken from Questionnaire. The findings highlight the fact that authority, compensation, working environment, workers that are part time and full time, and the working experience, showed a positive impact over job satisfaction of employee. The research showed variables of wide range that were related to organizational and environmental factors, cultural, social and individual rights do have an influence as far as the job satisfaction is concerned. The personality, intelligence, education, aptitude, marital status and gender are termed as individual factors. The relationship with co workers, working groups, informal organization, interacting opportunities are termed as social factors. The conduct for the belief and values do fall in the cultural factors. The factors that are associated with the organization are work organization, technology, size, formal structure policies, procedures and nature of work and technology. The social, technical and economic factors fall in the environmental factors. It is not necessary that these factors affect other in different circumstances, but they do affect the job satisfaction. The validity of job satisfaction studies have some validity and this help companies in evaluating their performance and also serve the companies.
