Air Traffic Safety Action Program (ATSAP)

Abstract

This paper focuses on the study of the Air Traffic Safety Action Program (ATSAP). The Air Traffic Safety Action Program (ATSAP) is part of the air traffic ssafety services that is provided by the air traffic personnels. The air traffic services (air traffic services), or ATS, is the air traffic services provided by a supplier of air navigation services or ANSP (air navigation service provider) for the safety and regularity of air traffic. Under Article. 691 of the Navigation Code are part of the air navigation services. In Italy are provided by ENAV , from ' Air Force and some uncontrolled airports, but it is provided at the airport flight information service, some ANSPS designated by National Authority for Civil Aviation.

Air Traffic Control

Air control is a set of services provided by air traffic controllers to assist in the safe, fast and efficient conduct of flights. The services rendered are three in number, called “air navigation services”, for the purposes of:

To provide advice and information useful for the safe and efficient flight: weather information, information on the status of ground facilities for navigation, traffic information (when the control service is not provided in this area);

Prevent collisions between aircraft and ground vehicles or on the one hand, and midair collisions between aircraft on the other (formerly called "Collision"). It is also to accelerate and direct air traffic;
