One of the major stake holders is the learners who come to take the course provided by the program. If they are not kept happy then the program will not function properly and profitably. There is also the thought of not having enough students to function. the funds might be put to a better use according to the source of funding.

One thing which is good out of a public policy is the fact that the accountability becomes better. Since now the program has to be transparent in their dealings and transactions, they will have to be more careful. This saves a lot of funds from disappearing which might happen in a non-disclosure policy program. It is also helpful in improving the areas where the program is lagging. It also helps to determine whether the center is beneficial in running or whether it should cools off. This is one of the biggest question in regard so this type of oral. There is also the need to recognize the manner in which other organizations might work in such situations (Notthinghamshire County Council).
