A. Classical Conditioning

Classical condition is one of those forms of learning where the results or where the experiment is based on stimulus. The unconditioned stimulus is used to check the reaction. Majority of the times the US (unconditioned Stimulus) is food or pain. The reason why these are used as the unconditioned stimulus is because they are part of the daily life and they tend to produce the maximum response under normal circumstances. The response that is produced through these stimuli is known as the unconditioned response. The CS in the initial phase fails to produce any response, but with the help of conditioning, response is produced. There have been a number of researchers been carried out with the help of this experiment and quite a number of companies have been successful keep this theory in mind. B. Law of Effect

The law of effect states that when a person is comforted with a specific response in a given situation, he is more likely to use the same response in other situation as well and this happens vice versa for a discomforting situation. It was thorndike who came up with the concept of this law, and this law is an operant conditioning. Human beings are more likely to use the same result again and again for different situations because they were successful at producing results earlier, but they fail to realize that not every situation asks for the same results. The repetition of the actions is less based on desired results and more based on previous results and experiences. The concept of improvement of decisions may be vague over here with repetition of coarse of action.

C. Operant Conditioning

The operant conditioning states that the behavior of the individual is heavily depended upon the consequences. ...
