This report is about Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and it effect on the Adolescent and the society. The major research is exploratory, discussing the dissonance in adolescence, its symptoms, its types, its cure and the impact on the society. The report concludes that the diagnosis of ADHD is a critical matter. So medication for its cure should be carefully considered. It is a vague dissonance, which is unable in keeping track with proper diagnosis may lead to the societal effect at extreme end.

Introduction
ADHD-attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, which is also known as attention deficit disorder, is a medical disorder among the children that affect how one can be a patient and focus on their particular problem. People who are victim of ADHD disorder have difference in their brain activity that control one's activity and attention. The people are unable to focus on their tasks and activities. Due to ADHD, adolescence may feel aggression, sometimes anxiety and academic failure. Due to poor behavioral problems, it leads them to difficulty in task completion.
Mostly when a child cross the normal age range, that is, if he is inattentive, involved in over-activity, or impoliteness, he come under the range of ADHD disorder. Mostly it can be cured with medication and in some cases psychiatric counseling.
Moreover, ADHD has also created remarkable public anxiety for striking reasons. No one can easily quantify how much a person has been affected by the disorder. These people are easily bored with single task given to them. Even these people are unconscious when someone is talking to them as they are surrounded by their thoughts and imagination. This also sometimes creates behavioral issues, which leads them to stop the seize learning process and the Parents whose children's are the victim of such disorder are always in search of proper cure as these disorder continuously threat's a child's future development and career.

As there is no single method for testing ADHD, so, if a child shows more than six symptom of any hyperactivity or inactivity, then doctors observe the subject on the basis of collected information about the child and compare his scenario with other children of same age. Moreover, Research has shown that a clinically valid diagnosis of ADHD is usually diagnosed using a comprehensive and deep evaluation of suspected individuals.(Wender, 2000)
Symptoms of Childhood ADHD
Most children with ADHD show the signs of inactiveness. They are always in motion, seem mentally absent, talk more, interrupt others, easily get interrupted and never finish their tasks. Besides these factors, their behavior also changes, they get depressed, feel anxious and other medical problems.
Types of ADHD in Children
A doctor classifies symptoms as the following types of ADHD:
Combined Type (Inattentive/Hyperactive/Impulsive). In combined type children show all three symptoms.
Hyperactive/Impulsive Type. In this type children are Hyperactive and Impulsive, but they are able to give attention.
Inattentive Type. It's also called deficit disorder. As they are not overly active, so they did not disturb the class.
