Social work is an academic and professional discipline that searches to enhance the wellbeing of an individual or group, quality of life and community by intervening through policy, direct practice research. It provides aid to those people who struck with social injustices, poverty, and violations of their human rights. Most of the research usually centers on areas like international and community development, program evaluation, psychotherapy, public administration, social policy and human development. In the simple words, social work is the organized employment towards the betterment of social conditions in the community and trying to raise the conditions of poor or to provide welfare to their children etc.

The goal and aim of my life was to achieve my masters' degree in business studies, and I am on the right path. To get expertise in wealth, business, global marketing trends it becomes fundamental for me to gain comprehensive and strong knowledge of business study. The area of business studies is an interesting, deep, and diverse subject that includes all theories and models of business, wealth, consumer, trades and monitory situations of a country. Learning and understanding the theories, models, and concept will bring opportunity for me to explore the world of business(Generalist Social Work Practice, 2013).It is essential that I prepare myself and be strong with my knowledge and expertise for the new world. Being a business student the personality qualities I have are a strong leadership, and self motivation skills and qualities. I want to run my goal bass on morality(Department of social work, 2013).

I would like to commit myself for hard work till the success with a firm belief that I have a lot of things to share in the program. It is the perfect platform, which can help me to increase my understanding and academic skills in business studies. I tried to make them learn the significance of planning before every task you are going to accomplish.

As far as my education background and experience is concern I am a high school teacher. While teacher in the high school, I have seen children of many different background having different set of aims and objective for their lives. Furthermore, children in their young age tend to develop in such activities which should be kept off from them. Thus I was always interests in getting the minority youth expert, and providing youth with the consultation, and to guide them how to deal with their life(Advanced Generalist, 2013). This thing influenced me very much towards this social cause, as the society needs consultation, because these kids are the future of the country, and someone has to imitate in order make their and the society's future better.

One of my student, she was a great student, but somehow she got indulged in negative activities which ruined her academic reports, and performances. I being just the teacher I didn't give it much importance, as she was doing by her own will. I wanted to help her but because of her indulgence in ...
