My name is Alreem Abdul Rahman, I am 31 years old and I am very passionate to pursue a graduation level business program at Texas State University - San Marcos, Texas. What is particularly important that, if ethics in leadership is not perceived as essential, it will continue to ignore or not included in the leadership programs exclusively for the original reasons for the interests of trainers, the latest trend or culture, or the vagaries of the participants. Only what is perceived as significant in the manual is always included.
Even when the ethical leadership is a leadership program, too often the key ethical principles are not defined, assessed, or placed on utility with respect to each other. Encouraging ethical behavior is not the same as thoughtful struggle with the ethical principles and issues. I also believe that Ethical sensitivity (existence): Without socialization, which produces a value, we could not recognize any situation as an ethical dilemma requires a reflective effect.
