The patient and his family tend to confide in the doctors and put their faiths in their abilities, which adds to the responsibilities of the doctors (Collins, Price & Angrave, 2006, pp. 52). Not only is it the primary duty of the doctors and the medical staff to do everything at their disposal to ensure the well being of the patients, but also to be excessively meticulous regarding committing even a minor mistake that may play a pivotal role in putting the life of the patient at jeopardy. However, the current latest technology and the advancements that the medical sciences acquired, has enable to execute the medical procedure with accurateness; yet the human factor and diligence still play a pivotal role, and; therefore, makes it highly imperative that any inadequacy with respect to the performance may not impede the well being of an ailing patient.
