Background to the research
There are many people that suffer from the issues like the physical disabilities and have been facing many problems at the workplace since very long. These workplaces are accessible according to the needs of these people. It is evident that people with disabilities posses a great talent that remains uncover due to many reason one of the reason the accessibility to the work place. The changing dynamics of the work has evolved to the point where it provides the global community with extensive communication capabilities and access to an overwhelming number of places to the persons who are suffering from physical disabilities and have been suffering from this trauma. This talent that is possessed by the these people are realized by the higher authorities therefore a great emphasis has been laid on the policies and the ideas that can make this work places more accessible by the people. Improved accessibility helps ensure that the products and services proffered by this medium are available, usable, and readily understandable by all individuals.
