Academic dishonesty can be traced back to the 60's when almost 75% students at the undergraduate level admitted of cheating. However, even today academic dishonesty is at the same level if not more than what it was in the 60's. Even though, academic integrity is the fundamental value in education, however, students indulge in cheating and some other type of academic dishonesty.
