Cheating is characterized as getting or trying to get, or aiding another to get borrowing for work, or any enhancement in evaluation of presentation, by any deceitful or deceptive means. Cheating encompasses, but is not restricted to: lying; making a replicate from another's check or examination; consideration of responses or inquiries on an written check or check, except such consideration is expressly authorized by the instructor; taking or obtaining exact replicates of an written check without the consent of the instructor; utilizing or brandishing remarks, "cheat sheets," or other data apparatus unsuitable to the prescribed check conditions; permitting somebody other than the formally registered scholar to comprise same.

Discussion

I furthermore believe there are grades of cheating. Some persons may deceive one time and their conscience not ever permits them overlook it. Then, there are some who deceive frequently or semi-regularly and don't even concern about it.
