This study is aimed towards exploring the motivational influences and experiences during DH-DC education. This study is done through qualitative phenomenological design with sixteen dental hygienists across Canada. The study found that the main influences for the DH-DC education is personal development, additional knowledge desire, recognition and status, and access to graduate education.
