It is important that organizations be proactive in countering unethical behaviour (Robbins Bergman Stagg and Coulter 2003 36-99). Organizations must work to improve their employees' decision making skills when confronted with ethical dilemmas as individuals and working in groups. Therefore, organizations must ensure that their employees learn to cope with the inevitable conflicts that arise, improve the quality of their decisions by taking active steps to counter unethical behaviour, and foster disagreement and contrast in the decision-making process.

Discussion

An individual would like to accept as factual that he or she understands everything about how to run an association without any confrontations and misconceptions. However, I have wise that what I may accept as factual to be right and incorrect may not be what other ones believe. We as a humanity need to discover what is best for society. Come simultaneously to work better for a brighter future. After all we all reside, work, play and lift our young children inside the identical society (Seitel 2004).
