Abstract

This paper discusses the life of also a famous folklorist, writer and anthropologist; Zora Neale Hurston. Zora had an unconventional attitude towards life. She was described as loud and coarse, by the people who had known her. Zora's fiction; Their Eyes Were Watching God, was a master work, published in 1937, has also been discussed in the paper.
