Abstract

As in Afghanistan, the situation rises ever more multifaceted and lethal; there is a raise of more voices about involvement of Western military there. In the debate, similarities to the Vietnam War gradually more arise, especially regarding the growing presence of U.S. Military. Among the conflicts of Afghanistan and Iraq and Vietnam War, though, there are some sharp differences; however, there are quite a few some similarities among the two conflicts.
