According to the World Health Organization , the risk is increased 20 times in developing countries or in highly visited sites and warns that it is imperative to prevent it can be fatal or require expensive treatments (Jacob, 2009). Scrubs and other hospital attire have traditionally been used to minimize potential life threaten contamination brought into the hospital on street clothes. They are now the focus of what they bring out of the hospital into the general public.
