Introduction

The objective of this paper is to analyze the behavioral and personality traits of two distinct yet visionary leaders. It is imperative to note that researchers and authors have traditionally highlighted certain ingrained traits and characteristics that are essential for successful leadership (Lewis 2006). However, this paper will present how the discussed leaders effectively managed subordinates, dealt with situations, took decisions in the face of utmost uncertainties, and how comfortable he is when adapting to new realities and risks (Northouse 2007).
