Although there is the requirement to give the capable to that person who have been go through the entire process of the police department training and become better choice for the respective posts. The another major issue that face by the organization has to relates with the structure of the agency which have not meeting the organizational standers and because the more than 4oo office and only 170 civilian staff shows the poor structure which should be revise according to then need.
