Introduction

The United States boasts to have the world's most technologically advanced military in the world, yet it took us ten years to find one man; Osama Bin Laden. Our Guiding principles, the rules of the Geneva Convention, are hurting our efforts to combat. Rules of engagement are necessary, but to the extent that we follow them, are preposterous and absolutely absurd.
