If we look at grievance from the perspective of labor union we can describe it as a complaint that is filed by the employee. This complaint is a result of act of injustice. Grievance is not something that cannot be solved. It can be solved through the mechanism of collective agreement. Both the parties in the grievance can set down to resolve the matter in a peaceful manner. Different organizations have their own way to deal with the grievances of their employees. There rules are also known as grievance policies of procedures (Zack 1989).
