Collective bargaining is a method of voluntary discussion between employers and workers' associations (generally trade unions) directed at coming to affirmations which regulate employed conditions. Collective affirmations generally set out salary levels, employed hours, teaching, wellbeing and security, overtime, grievance means and privileges to take part in workplace or business affairs.
