Tourism is defined as those friendly tourist activities with the natural, cultural and social and community values, which allows you to enjoy a positive exchange of experience among residents and visitors, where the relationship between tourists and the community is fair and benefits the activity is distributed fairly, and where visitors have a truly participatory attitude in their travel experience. Tourism is fundamental for the economy of many regions, like Thailand. Because tourism involves attracting foreign exchange, it is generally the only means of economic development for some nations. It provides an opportunity for development, employment marketing and sale of local goods etc. It also helps in creating service industries, which are crucial for the development of a region. The complexity of tourism and tourist needs of world population influence the change of tourist request. Requests for new and specific forms of tourism are characteristics of the development of this activity in the beginning of the 21st century. New forms of tourism are more and more requested in the tourist market. It gives a chance for various areas to be included equally with their tourist offer if they have certain potentials and adequate personnel that could include those potentials on the tourist market. The term “versatile tourism and hospitality” has been accepted by many countries, and as such, it refers to all tourist activities in various areas. Special forms of tourism could be tourism on homestead, hunting, fishing, ecotourism, health, recreational, residence (houses for vacation), educational, adventurous, transit, camping tourism, continental nautical tourism, gastronomically and ethno gastronomically, tourism of protected parts of nature, cultural tourism, religious, other specific forms

Tourism Planning entails the promotion of tourism through strong and sustainable tourism development approaches, this is essential for the achievement of a successful tourism management development. Planning focuses on the changing regulations in a system to promote orderly developments in tourism. Planning is an essential element in supporting the long term sustainability of a tourism destination. Boosterism as an approach to planning is linked with tourism policy statements, which is usually based on assumptions that tourism is naturally good and it should be developed no matter the circumstances (Inskeep, 1991, pp. 77). Natural and cultural resources are viewed as exploitable resources while the industry is viewed as an expert, and development is defined in business terms. The main problem in planning sets is the number of tourists attracted and accommodated. Boosterism comes from the word boost which represents forecasting methods like advertising, growth targets and promotion.
