Introduction
Long-term care and assisted living facilities for the performance improvement needs and have an opportunity to move to a quality assurance approach. We all know that both internal and external customers, but we may not necessarily think of other aspects of quality. The first value-added features to our customers increase revenue through income-oriented quality, the second customer and failures, but the provider reduces the cost of reprocessing and waste-free cost-oriented quality.
