The paper “Struggles with Time Management” deals with the hottest debated topic in today's world that is “Time Management”. First of all it sheds light on the consequences of bad time management .This paper also examines my own time management problem. It also purports how I should go about solving my time management issues. Therefore, there are some strategies presented in this paper which highlights how the problem of time management can be soughed out.

Introduction
Formally Time management may be defined as the act or process of exercising mind full control over the amount of time spent on actions, substantially to increase efficiency. Time management may be aided by a range of skills, tools, and techniques used to manage time when accomplishing tasks, projects and goals. With life goes so much hectic and, therefore, importance of time management increasing every day, that is why different time management strategies has been used to curtail the problem of struggling with time management. (Discover 2007).
Discussion
My Problem
When I was on my first job, I had a difficulty in doing time management. My first job was with a multinational and it was a 12 hours job. The 12hours job made me realize that time is too precious and therefore the management of time is very necessary.
Consequences
Because of time management problem I got stressed out. This resulted into disruptive relationship with my boss, colleges and other friends and family members. When someone do not know the importance of time, then it can leads to a troublesome relationship. For example, my boss hates me because I always come late to the office. We all know that successful career requires successful relationship so disruptive or pointless relationship can be very dangerous to the overall individual success. Secondly, everything is bound by time constraints in this world and if you do not know how to do things within a definite time frame then it automatically implies that you would not be able to finish off your work in time, and, therefore, would not be able to be successful (Marshall, 1998).
