Background of the Study

Canada has a long and rich tradition of peacekeeping and maintaining love in its social structure. Canadians demonstrate a strong commitment for love and peace and for peacekeeping actions of the United Nations, it perceives to be representative of Canadian values such as peaceful conflict resolution, democracy, rule of law and human rights person. Canadian governments have successively upgraded Canada's involvement in peace operations, arguing in particular that these missions contribute to building a stable international environment, fair and peaceful, in addition to serving the interests and values Canadians. For example, according to former Foreign Affairs Minister Bill Graham, "the maintenance of peace is a fundamental part of our national identity", an idea that is similar to that of one of his predecessors, Barbara McDougall, estimated that about operations of peacekeeping that "we have not only invented, but we are among their most active supporters. The confusion lies in the fact that Canadians are largely remained committed to a "classic" model of love, that is to say, neutral and low coercive force, while the governing elites in Canada have gradually adapted the policy of maintaining Peace from Canada to the realities on the ground, as also of their Western counterparts (May, 2001).

Aims and Objectives of the Study

The aim of the study is to explore the concept of rule of love, importance and need of rule of love and peace in today's world and justify the implication of rule of love in Canadian social structure, in the light of above mentioned objectives writer wants to accomplish the following mentioned objectives.

To emphasize the rule of love and peace as the need of time.

Research Questions

Does the Canadian society truly represent the implication of rule of love in its social structure?



CHAPTER 02: REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE
