The research will also look to identify the hazards in managing change in healthcare services and also analyze the benefits of implementing information system. The advantage of the health information systems is that doctors can specify the required medical tests through the links to the diagnostic modules. On an organizational level, leadership is important for sustainability and long-term success of the change process in health care information system Furthermore, the results to the test can be delivered through the same system. With the help of this process, doctors can save crucial time which can be utilized in the treatment of other patients.
