ABSTRACT

The objective of this research is to identify the challenges in effective management of change in health care system. The research will also look to identify the hazards in managing change in healthcare services and also analyze the benefits of implementing information system. The advantage of the health information systems is that doctors can specify the required medical tests through the links to the diagnostic modules. Furthermore, the results to the test can be delivered through the same system. With the help of this process, doctors can save crucial time which can be utilized in the treatment of other patients. The research will be based on the collection of secondary data, data will be extracted from several different articles, journals, and books to further explore the topic

INTRODUCTION

As policymakers have began to liberalized health care and IT sectors in different parts of the world, the benefits of improved health information systems have also exploded. The developing countries, in particular, have witnessed a drastic improvement in the health care sector due to the innovation by change management. The benefits include prosperity of human and better health. Such a study can help in determining how an effective be a change in improving the health services, and also help to explain the barriers to its sustainability.

How an effective change is significant in providing better care to patients?

What are the major challenges that usually occur, in managing change in healthcare organisations?
