Concept of Charismatic leadership

Charismatic leadership is to use the leadership skills and charisma to carry out effective leadership as they come. To better understand where is the leadership that is charisma and how they overlap we're going to explain point by point Charisma is everything that makes you unique and all those attractive qualities that a person has. It's really hard to define charisma but nevertheless is quite objective because we all know when something's funny spot and worth, people will not share this view but are isolated cases.
