Stereotyping is defined as the assumption of a person which gives the perception that the particular member of any certain group or subculture has traits or characteristics. Students and the employees do face stereotyping on the basis of affiliations, appearance, race, gender, religion, ethnic heritage or the different attributes. Sociotype is defined as describing the members accurately in a group by their characteristics or traits. It is helpful to give the introductory basis for knowing the people in a totally new encounter.

Language portrays technologies, culture and priorities. Language cannot be separated from culture because language is understandable or interpretable without knowing or understanding of the culture. There are many subcultures within the particular language group that interprets according to their own ways and interpretations of certain phrases or words, or may be having their own regional expressions or idioms.

Non-verbal improper communication adds a level of significant noise in the process of communication. Most of the listeners would be attributing meanings to the noises that might be able to damage the occurrences of many of the events.

The difference in this time system could be defined as Monochromic systems of time is the linear system of time with a future, present and past. Those individuals who are in the monochromic systems are generally concentrating on a single thing at a time, rather than on multiple things. Polychromic systems of time are the non-linear time system in which people bear the concurrent incidence of many proceedings.
