Introduction

Everyone ages differently, so there is no arbitrary cutoff as to when someone should stop driving. However, the rate of elderly people in to a traffic citation and accidents is more than those of young drivers. The rates of fatal crash are predominant when people at the age 70. What cause this increase? As we age, factors such as decreased vision, impaired hearing, or slowed motor reflexes may become a problem. Testing people (elderly) in order to see if their driving licenses should be revoked or not based on the hearing, visionary and physically abilities.
