In this study we try to explore the concept of resolving technical problems and looking out for the necessary outcomes and alternatives that would prove beneficial for companies and organizations developing the necessary skills and expertise altogether. The main focus of the research is on looking for alternative and substitutes that would provide resolving casualties that have and its relation with what factors measures are required.
Defining the Business Problem
The problem that MMPS currently experience is around network management. The ideology here is implementation of a sound, long-term, sustainable and an effective network system that not only makes way for the development and the establishment of a better customer portfolio, but would also provide for analyzing and reaching out to customers in newer segments targeted.
Proposed Technology Solution
The proposed technology solution would be Skype. The software is an online application that has been routed and recently becoming popular in the midst of creating and establishing a strong, well-knit, closely coordinated network, which not only provides for the changes and the challenges that are associated with telecommunications, but would also provide for tapping into market and customers altogether in the long-run (Hu, Chen & Chen, 2006).
Establishing corporate accounts with the company and acquiring a strong association, all required features of flexibility, reliability, scalability, performance, economic efficiency, manageability and security. With a 24-hour customer servicing centre, communications with clients within and outside the organizations would not only provide for the recurrent changes and the challenges that would make way for progress, but also call for providing the platform where the current customer clientele would be connected in the long-run.
