Sustainable development is equal environmental considerations to take into account in social and economic considerations. Future-oriented economy means that we have to provide our children and grandchildren an intact ecological, social and economic structure. We cannot provide the sustainable environment for our children without preserving the current environment. Sustainability means equally considering the environmental, social and economic aspects. Thus, future-oriented management means: we have to leave for our children and grandchildren an intact ecological, social and economic system that cannot be achieved without the preservation of the current environment.

An HVAC system is a ventilation system, heating and air conditioning (HVAC, for its acronym in English of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning). This is a set of methods and techniques to study and work on the treatment of air in terms of cooling, heating, dehumidification, quality, movement, etc. The purpose of an HVAC system is to provide an air flow, heating and cooling suitable for each room. HVAC systems can include different equipment or subsystems:
- Chiller Units
- Air Handling Units
- Pumping Systems
- Boilers
They are designed for situations of "worst case", because most of the time they have excess capacity that is why these criteria are important to establish a quality HVAC system.
Since 2007, United States put in place an ambitious energy development renewable on its territory. It also helped in highlighting the priority objectives of controlling energy consumption and promotion of renewable energy. It brought together all stakeholders (government, local employers, trade unions and associations) and has been widely recognized as a starting point for subsequent decisions for robust development of a sustainable territory. Following this consultation, a company, Residential Heating and Air conditioning Service Company, has established a baseline to achieve the target of 23% renewable energy in total consumption of the final energy.
The main determinants of this scenario are the part of efforts of significant control of energy consumption, especially in buildings where scenario predicts a 38% reduction of consumption by the year 2020, and on the other hand, a high penetration of renewable energies with a production target of 20 additional million tones oil equivalent (Mtoe) as compared to 2006, and approximately one doubling renewable energy production by the year 2020. On the control of energy consumption, the residential and commercial buildings are identified as the largest deposits. Approximately, 40% of primary energy effect is used to heat or light the buildings. A renovation large thermal relayed by numerous financial incentives is underway. It provides insulation of the entire building stock and the implementation of several million heaters and systems for renewable energy production (CAP, wood heating, solar thermal, photovoltaic).
Facilities on renewable energy of medium and large size are the choices which were made ??not to neglect any field of renewable energies, in order to position the territory as a major player in all production technologies. Various incentives and subsidies are put in place. Aids funding of research projects and development aid in the creation of industrial demonstrators, installation assistance or purchase arrangements, and ...
